Offer Pages

Increased user engagement | Costco Travel | 2023

This project was brought to the team’s attention originally by marketing when clicks, conversions, and engagement in the offer pages were at an all-time low. Once stakeholder goals were received, foundational research was used to identify user problems, pain points, and needs for these pages. These requirements influenced the design decisions moving forward to create a design recommendation to solve the stakeholder goals and user problems.

Fiji Blue

Design system | Costco Travel | 2022

After some growth within Costco Travel, it was necessary to begin working out of a universal design system. Myself and 3 other designers were tasked to contribute to the new Costco Travel Fiji Blue design system and to coordinate handoffs with developers.

AI Travel Planning

UX/UI Design Template | Kingston University London | 2024

Using the Stanford Design Thinking process, the project explored the creation of a more reliable generative AI travel planner that provided users opportunities for customization, personalization, discoverability, and shareability of its created content. The template design was created based on secondary research on AI travel trends, particularly on larger travel booking sites, and primary research to gain further insights on user needs, goals, and current problems.

Youdo!

Mobile app | General Assembly | 2020

An app created for users that rely on multiple life organization apps to keep their goals, lists, notes, etc organized. Through user interviews, I discovered a fundamental problem with the current life organization apps on the market: users wanted to save time in their lives, but needed to update multiple apps to keep track of their information. Youdo! is the solution that consolidates life organization functionalities so that users spend less time upkeep and remembering and more time doing the things they want to get done.
